One tip that has helped me stay productive This week is balancing work and recreation. When I feel a mental gridlock coming I take a break and walk around the block. I don’t have a huge block so I can do it in 10-15 mins. What’s nice about it is that I get fresh air and the dogs get tired out! Win Win!

Mindset + positivity are KEY. Surrounding yourself with positivity right now can be hard to do but will drastically affect your mindset. Take intentional steps to surround yourself with positivity - social media, podcasts, audiobooks, people, conversations etc.

Locate your pencil sharpener across the room – adds in steps automatically!
Set a timer – do critical work for 25 minutes, then take a 5 minute break to take care of distractions.
Most important, though – phone a friend (or co-worker!) once a day, whether you need to or not!!!
